I have been a licensed esthetician for over 25 years. Working in the wellness industry as a provider, trainer and educator - always seeking the most holistic approach to beauty. My path has been guided from a place of curiosity in natural remedies and the body’s innate wisdom. I studied herbology with the Wild Rose College, weaving plant medicine into life and offerings.
My desire to treat the body as a whole led to further studies in mediation, Qi Gong as well as sound healing. Practices that help align the body’s natural homeostasis. This became the seed that grew into Nohea, a place to cultivate beauty both inside and out.
I create sanctuary for women. A space where the feminine is remembered, the body is listened to and beauty is felt from within. I work exclusively with women, in devotion to this intention.

Sound has been practiced as a healing modality in various cultures and ways for centuries. The modalities that are used in Nohea treatments are tuning forks as well as Tibetan bowls. To enhance relaxation, induce a calming state of mind and to help align the body's natural homeostasis. When the body, mind and spirit are synchronized, the nervous system is able to relax and the body can naturally begin to regenerate itself.
